Urea glue (urea-formaldehyde resin) is a liquid adhesive created through a specific reaction between urea and formaldehyde, tightly controlled under precise manufacturing conditions. Prior to use, a hardener or flour is added to adjust the viscosity as needed. With the action of a hardener or additive, it becomes a non-soluble, non-melting thermosetting resin. It exhibits high adhesive strength, quick curing, good operability, and cost-effectiveness. It possesses excellent water resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Urea glue is the most widely used adhesive in the global wood industry, especially in manufacturing various engineered wood products. It is the ideal adhesive for producing plywood, particleboard, laminated veneer lumber, packaging board, fiberboard, pallet blocks, and more.
